I've had an interest in photography ever since I purchased my first SLR (a Miranda Sensorex) in Vietnam in 1967. I moved up to a Canon AE-1 in the 1970's but phased out of film work when digital took hold in the mid-1990's. I started using an Olympus 1.3MP P&S and loved it. I purchased a DSLR (Canon 20D) in 2000. I now shoot with a Canon 1D Mark III.

Up until January 2012 my primary work was shooting model portfolios in my studio in southern California. However, my first love has always been nature and wildlife. I traveled to East Africa in 2007 and 2010 to photograph wildlife. In 2012 my wife and I moved to northern California where I will be concentrating on nature (landscape and wildlife) photography. I'm sure I'll still shoot models from time to time, but only on location. I hope you get some pleasure viewing my work.
